Well played, Benjie!

Six-year-old Benjie*, who attends Colville Primary School, joined RPT FC when he was in reception. He had never played football before, yet developed very quickly.

At one of our regular scouting sessions, both Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspurs FC asked Benjie to attend practice sessions with them, and he now attends training with both clubs as well as attending RPT training sessions and matches. It’s a tough schedule for him and his parents, but we help them navigate what’s a very new world for them.

Benjie really enjoys his football and he says he doesn’t feel under pressure. Whatever path he decides to pursue, we know he’ll develop his skills to an incredibly high standard and we look forward to supporting him along the way.
