Rugby Portobello Christmas Market 2019

Notting Hill’s most popular Christmas Market, where you can shop and make a difference, is returning to Portobello. This year will mark the 30th anniversary of our Christmas Market: every year the Rugby Portobello Trust’s centre on Walmer Road (just a short walk from Portobello Road) is transformed for a two-day Christmas spectacle.

We are proud that our Notting Hill Christmas Market in one of the most popular in Kensington & Chelsea, welcoming more than 500 supporters, shoppers and Notting Hill locals. Conveniently located just off Portobello Road, near Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove stations, the Christmas Market is the perfect place to shop for artisan gifts and luxurious treats.

The Christmas Market welcomes more than 50 independent stallholders and designers, offering both high-end goods and one-of-a-kind artistry, ensuring there is something for everyone on your shopping list. For 2019 we have put together a handpicked team of discerning shoppers who have been busy all year sourcing the most unique companies to come and sell at the Market. These include fashion, textiles, homewares, toys and artisan food stalls all brimming with Christmas gifts. To see the list of stallholders please click here.

Our Christmas Café will be offering bakery-fresh cakes and scones, freshly brewed teas and coffees, as well as a special Ottolenghi salad using a special recipe donated by Ottolenghi himself.

Alongside our stallholders, one of the biggest attractions of our Christmas Market is our Silent Auction of unique and luxury gifts, all donated by our generous supporters. Our silent auction will be live from November.

This year, we are delighted to announce that beloved children's author will be joining us for a book signing at our Christmas Market.

The Rugby Portobello Trust Christmas Market is one of our most important events of the year, raising vital funds to support our North Kensington children's and youth programmes.
