Fitness Programme

Through our Fitness Programmes we aim to encourage an awareness of the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, to provide access to fitness equipment, to help young people in their personal fitness goals and ultimately, to increase their self-confidence and desire to look after themselves in a healthy way.
We have a fully equipped gym and we are able to train and employ people to work in the gym.

Programme Goals

  • To provide access to exercise facilities, fitness classes, weight training and incentive programmes for young people unable to afford a health club.
  • To redirect the energy of disaffected young people into positive physical activity.
  • To use the fitness facility as a magnet to establish contact with local young people through sport and fitness.
  • To provide accreditation, employment qualifications and on the job training opportunities for young people interested in a sports related career.
